From the farm of Hugo Davila, this organic and hand sorted bean grows approximately 1600m above sea level.
It is hand roasted in two parts across two different profiles, then blended in equal parts post roasting. As an espresso, these two profiles allow for candied apricot and mango flavour attributes with a hint of candy floss in the background, leaving you with a heavy butter like mouthfeel.
