Caribbean Coffee

Coffee with a kick has never tasted so good.caribbean coffee


  • 30ml Tia Maria
  • 30ml Jamaican Rum
  • Sugar or simple syrup
  • 60ml Espresso
  • Whipped Cream

Combine the Tia Maria, rum and sugar/simple syrup in a small saucepan.

Add the espresso and mix well over heat.

Pour into a 150ml or 180ml cappuccino cup.

Top with whipped cream.
